Sign up for FREE eStatements below. It’s quick and easy. eStatements are electronic copies of your account statements sent to your e-mail which you can search, save and print!

eStatements are offered for checking accounts and savings accounts. After you enroll, you will no longer receive paper statements in the mail.

E-Statements are:

  • Convenient & Secure - sent to you by e-mail with password protection
  • Environmentally Friendly - Saves paper and helps our environment

To begin receiving your statements electronically:

  • You must have Adobe Reader version 4.0 or higher installed on your computer. A current version of Adobe Reader can be downloaded at no charge at www.adobe.com.
  • Please read the following agreement and disclosures. If you agree, click 'continue' to view the next page for the online enrollment form.
  • Complete the enrollment form with the appropriate account information (certificates of deposit and loan accounts are ineligible for this service) and click 'Submit Form.'
  I agree to receive my account statement via e-mail.
  I disagree with the above disclosure and do not desire to participate.
 

Agreement and Disclosures

I understand that if I receive my monthly or quarterly checking and/or savings account statement(s) via e-mail, I will not receive a monthly paper statement.

I understand and agree to submit my e-mail address to United Community Bank as a part of this application.

I understand that if I change my e-mail address, I must notify United Community Bank in writing or via e-mail of my new e-mail address. If I fail to notify United Community Bank of my new e-mail address, I understand that I may not receive my monthly or quarterly statement.

I agree that I have the necessary software installed to receive my statement electronically.

I understand that my Personal Identification Number (PIN) will be generated automatically by the Electronic Statement System. My PIN will contain the first five characters of my email address and the last four digits of the primary account holder's Social Security Number or Tax ID. For example the PIN for abcde1111@email.com with a Social Security Number of 123-45-6789 would be abcde6789.

I understand that the security of my PIN is my responsibility and that anyone who has access to my PIN will be able to view my e-mail statement. I further understand and agree to notify United Community Bank immediately if my PIN should become compromised or known to individuals who are not authorized by me.

Only the statement of the account number(s) listed in this application will be e-mailed to the address listed in this application. The statements of other United Community Bank customers cannot be mailed to the same e-mail address listed in this application. Each customer statement must be e-mailed to a unique e-mail address.

I understand that United Community Bank reserves the right to amend this disclosure (agreement) in any manner and at any time. If United Community Bank does so, the bank will give me at least ten (10) days advance written notice. The bank also reserves the right to terminate this agreement by sending a notice of such termination by first-class mail to my last known address on the bank's records.

I understand that I may withdraw my consent to receive my statement electronically by written notice to United Community Banks, Inc., Attn: Online Banking Support, P O Box 398, Blairsville, GA 30514 or send an e-mail message to the bank at onlinebanking@ucbi.com. I understand that the bank must receive the notice at least ten (10) days before the statement is to be e-mailed to my current e-mail address.
